Bus - operated by MPK Poznań. The network of bus connections includes about thirty routes. Trams: - there are eighteen daytime tram lines in the city and one night line. All routes are managed by MPK Poznań. TICKETS: fees are calculated according to a time tariff or an actual number of stops. Tickets for ordinary and night routes up to 10 minutes cost 1.30 PLN, up to 30 minutes - 2.60 PLN, and up to 60 minutes – 3.90. Bus tickets for ordinary and night routes for journeys covering up to 10 stops cost 1.90 PLN, and 3.20 PLN for over 10 stops. |

Trains - Poznań Główny is the major railway station of the city, situated in the very centre of Poznań, in ul. Dworcowa. One can get from Poznań Główny to all major Polish cities, as well as many smaller towns. Domestic routes are operated by PKP and PKP InterCity. You can also go directly from Poznań to many European cities (by EuroCity), e.g. Berlin, Prague or Kiev. Buses - short-, long-distance and international buses end their journeys at the PKS terminal ul. Towarowa, situated close to Poznań Główny railway station. |
